Our Wholewheat & Honey Sourdough is a beautifully balanced artisan loaf made with organic whole grains, raw local honey, alkaline water, and our signature wild sourdough culture. Each loaf is slow-fermented for up to 24 hours, allowing the natural flavours to deepen and the texture to become perfectly tender inside with a rustic, golden crust.
This bread is subtly sweet, naturally nourishing, and rich in fibre—perfect for hearty breakfasts, comforting sandwiches, or simply toasted with butter.
