Chelsea & Rose Co. is an Oakville lifestyle company bringing together home styling, intimate gatherings, custom florals and artisan baking.

Chelsea & Rose began with Heather and Justin Roles’ shared love of creating warm, welcoming experiences through beautiful food, thoughtful spaces and meaningful details.

What began as a small-batch bakery has grown into something broader: a collection of services connected by the belief that beauty does not need to feel formal or untouchable. It can live in a warm loaf of bread, a thoughtfully styled room, flowers chosen for someone special or a table prepared for people we love.

Heather leads the creative vision, design and handcrafted elements of Chelsea & Rose, while Justin supports the practical work that brings each idea together. As partners in life and business, they bring creativity, care and genuine hospitality to everything they create.

The name honours their daughter, Chelsea, and Heather’s mother, Rose—two generations at the heart of a business built around home, connection and creating something meaningful.
